Larry Brower is a leadership consultant, author, keynote speaker, adjunct college instructor, executive coach, team builder, and leadership developer.  Following a 20-year corporate career that included HR management, and leadership development, in two Fortune 500 companies, Larry started the Saratoga Resource Group LLC in 1998.  SRG focuses on leadership development, team building, and executive coaching.  Simply put, we work to help our client companies, and the managers, supervisors, and leaders who run them, be the best that they can be.  Our clients represent a wide diversity of industries, including telecommunications and energy utilities, manufacturing, education, hospitality, government, military, and financial services.  We specialize in bringing large-company solutions to small and mid-size companies and organizations in a cost-effective way.
